ZION STORIES

Jerusalem - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (2024 / 2025)

The Galilee - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (2025)

Our hearts are heavy as we think of our brothers and sisters in Israel as this war continues. We take steps to bless Israel (Genesis 12:3) and pray for the peace of Jerusalem (Psalm 122:6).

BLESS ISRAEL

2024 UPDATE

SEPTEMBER 4, 2024

Friends of the Land of Zion,

It is with the heaviest of hearts that I share this update. Due to the flight cancellations of major airlines to and from Israel, we have come to the careful and prayerful decision to postpone our November 2024 Land of Zion Tour until next year.

Despite EL AL’s (Israel’s national airline) continuing service, the demand for seats has driven their ticket prices up astronomically. Even then, attempting to maintain everyone’s synchronized arrival and departure times would be a logistical nightmare, and potentially still fruitless.

It is for no other reason than these unusual, yet very real, travel complications that we are choosing to wait.

Having just returned from Israel myself, I know the power of BEING there, encouraging the Body of Believers, worshiping in the Land of Promise, walking the streets, and experiencing all the country has to offer: it’s like nothing else on earth.

We will return, LORD willing, and I hope and pray you’ll still consider allowing me the honor of leading you next year. (October 19-28, 2025)

I wish circumstances were different. But, I look forward to being able to walk the streets of what God calls “the holy land” with you! (Zech 2:16)

Praying for the peace of Jerusalem, and the swift release of every captive.

Our Journey

  • We’ll spend three days and nights in the region where Jesus performed the vast majority of His earthly ministry. We’ll boat out onto the Sea of Galilee. We’ll explore Capernaum, the hometown of Peter, Andrew, and Jesus, visit the Mount of Beatitudes, Nazareth, and venture north into the Golan Heights near the snow-capped Mount Hermon. Anyone desiring a BAPTISM in the Jordan River can join me!

  • We’ll stand atop Herod’s Fortress of Masada, hike through King David’s secret hideout at Ein Gedi’s beautiful springs, we’ll float on the waters of the “Salt Sea”, and discover where the Dead Sea Scrolls were found!

  • We’ll ascend from ancient Jericho up the mountain of the Lord to Jerusalem, the city from which God’s eyes never depart (2 Chron 7:16). After a relaxing Sabbath exploring Jerusalem at your own pace, we’ll visit the archeological finds in the City of David, navigate Hezekiah’s Tunnel, stand at the Southern Steps of the Temple Mount and lift up our prayers at the Western Wall. We’ll follow Jesus’ footsteps from the Mount of Olives to the Garden of Gethsemane to the Garden Tomb.

  • There will be occasion for brief service opportunities. We desire to bless Israel with our hands, our prayers, and simply our presence, knowing our hearts will be blessed in return.

…and so much more!
